This SHIPPING POLICY (“Policy”) applies to your purchase of any products from us through our website https://trade-handicraftshome.com/ (“website”). You mean a natural person or an entity who buys a product from us through our website.

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY AND BY YOUR ACT OF PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT FROM US YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY.

  1. We ship our products such as standard and custom-made handmade home décor and home furnishings such as decorative trays, decorative boxes, photo frames, pen holders, drinking horn, bathroom trays, shaving bowls and other similar products physically. The details of such products are available on our website.
  2. Details of shipping charges and estimated days for shipping the products are stated at https://trade-handicraftshome.myshopify.com/pages/shipping-information We offer both Standard and Express shipping options. All international orders will be delivered between Monday and Friday. We may update the foregoing referred delivery information page from time to time and you are advised to check that page for the current shipping charges and estimated days for shipping with adding a few set of products into the cart with the shipping address. For shipping the products, we partner with reputed multiple carriers (Amazon logistics, USPS, FedEx). We ship USA orders from our US Warehouse. For any non US orders, we will ship from our India warehouse. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered on time.

  3. If your product order is custom-made, the delivery timelines and shipping charges stated in the link above in Section 2 may not apply in some cases, and in such instances, we will let you know the delivery timelines and shipping charges when you place the order. Also, the express shipping time as mentioned in the link above in Section 2 may not be applicable for high volume orders.

  4. For international shipments, you are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and levies imposed by local authorities and for complying with any applicable laws (including sorting any issues raised by any customs authorities). Our team may assist you in educating on such aspects but you will be solely responsible for any payments and compliance aspects related to your purchase.

  5. We will send an email confirmation with the shipment tracking number and order details to you once we process your order. Also, if you have an account on our website, you will see such tracking information in your account dashboard under your active order page.

  6. You may experience certain delays in the processing and delivery due to the additional safety measures we may have implemented relating to COVID-19.

  7. We may be unable to ship certain Products to a) certain destinations especially those which are affected by natural calamity, active war or restricted by Air and Ocean shipping lines) or b) certain persons (especially those who are on U.S. Restricted Person List or similar such lists).

  8. We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of shipments due to customs issues.

  9. During major seasons and holidays, order processing and delivery timelines may be extended. You are therefore advised to plan your purchases in advance in such cases.

  10. Shipping is chargeable, currently shipping costs may be based on your location and the final weight of the products.

  11. We will levy shipping charges as per actual charges levied by the shipping service providers however, to your benefit we have obtained discounted rates with FedEx Express thereby enabling you to have up to 60% cheaper than normal FedEx rates.

  1. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever without any further liability. On such cancellation, we will notify you and provide you with a refund of the price you paid for the product.

  3. We are not responsible or liable for any delays or failures in performance from any cause beyond our control, including, but not limited to acts of God, changes to law or regulations, embargoes, war, terrorist acts, lockdowns, fire, earthquakes, acts of third parties or epidemics.

  4. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

We cannot guarantee that the color and images will be accurate as this is dependent on your computer monitor.
